Shipping Policy

We offer reliable nationwide delivery with two convenient shipping options as well as FREE SHIPPING on orders over R3000 when selecting standard shipping, and FREE SHIPPING on orders over R4000 when selecting express delivery. Our standard shipping is available at a flat rate of R100 and takes approximately 3-7 business days. We also offer express shipping at a flat rate of R150 which typically will be delivered within 1-2 business days.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to first be processed and payment to be cleared, thereafter you will receive an email notifying you of your order's shipment. We aim to get your order out to you as quickly and efficiently as possible!

Return & Exchange Policy

Please note, while we adjust to the demands of our new online store, we will not be offering refunds for goods purchased online. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, and you are eligible for an exchange of goods, we will arrange for the item to be returned to us, and we will issue you a voucher to the amount of your original purchase.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused and in it's original condition, and must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
